If you want your account and associated personal data deleted from Mr Earth Deals, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to info@mrearth.in from your registered email ID.
2. Use subject line: Account Deletion Request - Mr Earth Deals.
3. Include your registered phone number and account details.

What we delete

• Account profile data (name, email, phone, profile info)
• Saved/favorite properties linked to your account
• Enquiry history and app account preferences linked to your account
• User-uploaded listing data, where legally and operationally applicable

What may be retained and why

• Limited transaction/security logs may be retained for legal compliance and fraud prevention.
• Backups may retain data for up to 30 days before permanent removal.

Deletion timeline

We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 7-30 days, depending on verification and legal requirements.
